Built for efficient, high-volume botanical processing, this platform integrates multiple extraction and separation methods into a single, industrial-grade system. It supports cold and warm ethanol extraction, steam distillation, solvent recovery, and spirits distillation—enabling flexible operation across a wide range of process requirements.
Ethanol extraction offers a scalable and cost-efficient pathway for processing large biomass volumes while maintaining extract quality. The system is engineered to handle both cold and ambient-temperature wash techniques, allowing operators to optimize for selectivity, yield, and downstream refinement. Integrated solvent recovery and distillation capabilities further improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
With a high-performance, single-module configuration, the platform achieves throughput rates of approximately 120–160 lbs of biomass per hour, depending on material characteristics and process parameters.

Ethanol as a solvent is a cost-effective method of producing quality extracts from large volumes of biomass. Our industrial-scale, cryo-capable Ethanol Extraction Platform can process 80 lbs. per hour. The unit is fully integrated with our 500-gallon solvent recovery system.

Cold Wash Ethanol Extraction
The Ethanol Extractor is capable of Cold Wash Ethanol Extraction – a method of extraction that preserves volatile plant compounds to produce a great tasting whole plant extract.
